Comprising of a single skin GRP Construction, our single door cabinets include internal 18mm ply Backboard and are fitted with either a cylinder night latch or Hasp & Staple as standard.
Our cabinets’ standard wall construction has been designed and tested to BS476 part 22 and exceeded a half hour fire rating.

Colours
All our cabinets come with a white internal finish. Externally, we are able to provide the colour finish in Green (14-C-39) or Grey (10-A-07) included in the price, or for an additional £50 we can finish the colour to your choice.

Length and depth are EXTERNAL dimensions, height is clear INTERNAL.
Construction
GRP single skin construction throughout walls and roof to give ‘U’ value of 3.0 W/m2 DegC.
1no. 600mm Wide x 950mm High x 18mm ply surface treated backboard fitted as standard.
Fire Resistance
Standard Wall construction has been designed and tested to BS476 Part 22 and exceeded a half hour fire rating. Fire retardant resin is used internally to provide self-extinguishing laminates to BS476 Part 7 Class 2 (Surface spread of flames).
Doors
High security with encapsulated steel reinforcements fitted with door furniture as detailed.

The Cabinet is manufactured with a GRP single skin floor.

Manufacturing Period
Standard colour cabinets are normally in stock, but manufacturing can take 5-7 days from receipt of official order subject to current demand.
